Yearly Library Holidays (Library Closed)

New Year's Day, Annual Inservice in March, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, & New Year's Eve.

Additionally, we also close at noon on Good Friday.

The mission of the Deerfield Public Library is to provide quality materials and services to all Deerfield area residents which fulfill their informational, educational, cultural, and recreational needs for day-to-day living in an atmosphere that is welcoming, respectful, and businesslike; to make accessible a broad collection of materials in a variety of media that record our ideas and culture; to offer guidance and encouragement in their use; and to provide the community with convenient access to reliable and easily available sources of information.
